I drove down from Northern California looking for a shop I could trust with my 2008 FJ Cruiser with a 2" lift, 285/75/16 tires. I only make it back from Asia once a year, so I needed someone who would actually inspect the truck properly and understand long-term off-road maintenance—not just do the minimum and send me out the door. Most shops make me feel like I’m walking my dog into the vet. Hrag was the opposite. Easy to talk to, no ego, and straightforward from the start. I came in for an alignment. Instead, he and his brother Shant recommended they check the suspension first. They got under the truck with flashlights, rolled it back and forth, and filmed the worn bushings and ball joints so I could see the issues myself. A typical shop would’ve just done the alignment and called it done. These guys showed me what was actually worn and explained why it made sense to address it before aligning the truck. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Shant estimated a full day to replace the worn parts, do the alignment, and grease the zerks on the rear driveshafts. Took my Bronco to Pasadena Offroad for a suspension lift and had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what type of lift I needed, but they provided excellent guidance and helped me choose the right setup. The work was completed quickly, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with Pasadena Offroad & Custom. Brought our Jeep Rubicon in due to a steering wobble. The problem was diagnosed quickly. A parts order was assembled and we agreed on a day to bring the vehicle back to complete the repairs. The suspension/steering installs were clean and the work was completed on-time, as promised. Total time for repair was less than a day. The same repair at my usual shop would have taken multiple days if not a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to Hrag and his brother.

The guys did great work can’t thank them enough. They installed a 3 inch lift for the front with wheels and tires as well along with an alignment to finish it off. The truck looks and drives amazing i would definitely recommend them for your suspension needs. One more note is the customer service was amazing, they kept in great contact to make sure we were both on the same page about parts needed along with the installation.
